Return Policy

We are committed to ensure your satisfaction with any product you have ordered from us. If the product you have ordered from us, is not received in good condition, is damaged or defective, or if product delivered is different from what you had ordered, we will accept returns within 72 hours as follows:

Damaged / defective

In the unlikely event that any product you have ordered from us is not received in good condition, is damaged or defective, or if product delivered is different from what you had ordered, you may return the product unused, and in the same condition as you received it, in its original packaging along with original tags, for a refund, within 72 hours from the date on which these goods are delivered.

• products damaged while being used do not qualify for a refund or replacement.

• in case we are unable to replace the damaged / defective product, we will refund your amount.

• please do not accept delivery of any item whose outer packaging is damaged or tampered with in any manner. • please contact our customer support if you open the packaging and discover that the item is damaged.

Governing law and jurisdiction

All reviews, comments, feedback, postcards, suggestions, ideas, and other submissions disclosed, submitted or offered to our website on or by this site or otherwise disclosed, submitted or offered in connection with your use of this site (collectively, the "comments") shall be and remain the ideal home appliances property. Such disclosure, submission or offer of any comments shall constitute an assignment to us of all worldwide rights, titles and interests in all copyrights and other intellectual properties in the comments. Thus, ideal home appliances owns exclusively all such rights, titles and interests and shall not be limited in any way in its use, commercial or otherwise, of any comments. The ideal home appliances will be entitled to use, reproduce, disclose, modify, adapt, create derivative works from, publish, display and distribute any comments you submit for any purpose whatsoever, without restriction and without compensating you in any way. We shall be under no obligation

(1) to maintain any comments in confidence;

(2) to pay you any compensation for any comments; or

(3) to respond to any comments.

You agree that any comments submitted by you to the site will not violate this policy or any right of any third party, including copyright, trademark, privacy or other personal or proprietary right(s), and will not cause injury to any person or entity. You further agree that no comments submitted by you to the site will be or contain libelous or otherwise unlawful, threatening, abusive or obscene material, or contain software viruses, political campaigning, commercial solicitation, chain letters, mass mailings or any form of "spam". We do not regularly review posted comments, but does reserve the right (but not the obligation) to monitor and edit or remove any comments submitted to the site. You grant ideal home appliances the right to use the name that you submit in connection with any comments.

You are and shall remain solely responsible for the content of any comments you make and you agree to indemnify.

The jurisdiction of any concerns/disputes will be resolved at the courts of Trivandrum only.
